Strong Starts: Core Strength & Movement

This playful, movement-based class helps participants build core strength, stability, and coordination through fun and engaging activities. Using age-appropriate exercises drawn from yoga, Pilates, and physical play, students will develop stronger muscles to support posture, balance, and everyday movement.

Each week includes:

  • Animal walks like crab crawls and bear walks

  • Plank variations and bodyweight challenges

  • Balance games and obstacle courses

  • Core-targeting movements like leg lifts and ball passes

  • Fun group activities to build strength through play

Perfect for kids who love to move, climb, and play, this class builds body awareness and confidence, one strong step at a time!

Pricing

Small Group Classes (3-4 children): $150 per class
Semi-Private Classes: $200 per class
Private Classes: $250 per class

Pricing is based on a 60 minutes class, but can be prorated if your child would benefit from a class with a shorter duration.
